2020 HAS NOT BEEN THAT BAD ENOUGH!
Much cursed year 2020 has not been as bad as it has been made out to be. It has taught so many wonderful things in a very hard way. People had forgotten to remain confined to their homes which is not only safe but beautiful. The year has taught the value of family members which was hitherto taken for granted.
Now, people have started giving second thought to junk food and instead have developed fancy for healthy food. Uptill now they were eating food mainly to satisfy their taste buds now, they think of nutrition in their diet.
Similarly, nature has also taken a respite from the ill treatment by humans. As we have seen natural flora and fauna have reclaimed their place in most part of the world.
Indian lifestyle and way of medicine (Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga, meditation) have got back their lost esteem not only in India but throughout the world. So while COVID-19 has redefined life for a reflective few, ordinary people have been made to opt;
- From me time to family time
- From hurly–burly of life to solitude of nature
- From junk food to nutritive food
- From senseless living to purposeful living
- From TV engagement to indoor-game fun
Though a global pandemic is a stressful experience, staying positive is a key to mental well-being.
